We were delighted when Norwich based financial brokers, Premier Financial Group, approached us to help them improve their website and digital presence. As a family run business with over 20 years financial expertise, our challenge was to enable Premier Financial Group to portray their heritage on their website and truly reveal the wealth of knowledge they have in the financial sector.
Here at Omni, we are proud of our Norwich roots, so it’s wonderful to support others in the area and help them to establish a website that will enable them to get their message across and provide essential insight to such a sensitive topic.
Our commission wasn’t only to ensure their branding remained strong across the website, but also to help them integrate vital tools that could support their customers in making financial decisions. This included the creation of the mortgage calculator and the pension calculator.
We believe these digital assets set Premier Financial Group apart from many of their competitors and give their clients a better understanding of their financial status.
By updating the Premier Financial Group website to a fresh design and streamlining the navigation, they have already seen the impact, with an increase in traffic and visitors using the online calculators and calls to actions.
Throughout the project, we discussed with Premier Financial Group what their clients may want or need answers to before they call a mortgage broker. This in-depth understanding of their clients and a strong direction of what the website needed to achieved meant that we could build and design a website that would ultimately achieve their goals.
